Report Fraud or Abuse
Status: 5 September 2026
Have you come across an offer, a user account or a message on OFFMARKET24 that appears fraudulent, unlawful or otherwise abusive? Report it to us. We examine every report and, where it is justified, take the necessary measures.
What you can report
- Offers for properties over which the provider evidently has no power of disposal
- Feigned identities, forged documents or manipulated property details
- Demands for advance payments or fees allegedly originating from OFFMARKET24
- Emails claiming to come from us (phishing)
- Content that infringes third-party rights – such as copyright, trade mark or personality rights
- Other unlawful content or breaches of our Terms & Conditions
How to report
Use our contact form and select "Report abuse or fraud" as the reason for your enquiry. Alternatively you can reach us by email at [email protected] with the subject "Report".
So that we can process your report promptly, please state:
- as precise a description as possible of the content or conduct complained of, and the reasons why you consider it unlawful or abusive
- the exact location – for example the property number, the URL, or the date and time of the message
- your name and email address so that we can confirm receipt and ask follow-up questions; in the case of suspected offences against life, limb or sexual self-determination, an anonymous report is possible
- a statement that your information is correct and complete to the best of your knowledge
How we handle your report
- Confirmation of receipt. You will receive confirmation that your report has been received without delay, at the latest within 48 hours on business days.
- Examination. We examine the reported matter carefully, without arbitrariness and without automated prejudgement. Where necessary we will follow up with you or with the user concerned.
- Decision and measures. If a report proves justified, we take appropriate measures depending on the severity: we remove or block the content, restrict its visibility, warn the user, suspend their account or terminate it. Where a criminal offence is suspected, we involve the competent authorities.
- Feedback. We inform you of the outcome of the examination and give reasons for our decision.
- Objection. If you are affected by a measure and consider it unfounded, you may object via the same channels within six months. We will re-examine the case and inform you of the outcome.
Abusive reports
Reports that are repeatedly manifestly unfounded may, after prior warning, be disregarded by us for a reasonable period.
