Our role
OFFMARKET24 is an online platform. We provide the software that brings providers and investors together and are ourselves neither owner, seller nor real estate agent. We therefore neither require nor hold a licence under Section 34c of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO). If you require classic brokerage services or support throughout a sale, we will refer you to our cooperation partner HausHirsch GmbH in Monheim am Rhein, which holds the corresponding licence under Section 34c GewO. In that case the contract for those services is concluded directly between you and HausHirsch GmbH.
Trademark rights
OFFMARKET24® is a European Union trade mark registered for OM24GROUP LLC (EUIPO, registration number 018893984) and is therefore protected in all member states of the European Union. All rights reserved.
Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
