How OFFMARKET24 works with your broker software – from onOffice to HirschCRM.
Which CRM systems can be connected to OFFMARKET24?
We currently offer direct integrations for onOffice, Propstack, Flowfact, FIO and HirschCRM. In these systems, you simply add OFFMARKET24 as another portal.
Your system is not on the list? Contact us – a connection can often be set up via the OpenImmo standard, and a documented REST API is in preparation.
How does the integration work in principle?
OFFMARKET24 behaves like an additional property portal in your broker software: you add us as a portal and transfer investment properties directly from your CRM to our investors.
In return, enquiries from interested investors flow back into your system as regular leads and are processed there as usual.
Do I have to maintain my properties twice?
No. Properties from your CRM are automatically transferred to OFFMARKET24. You maintain your data in one place as usual – in your broker software – and decide there which properties you transfer to OFFMARKET24.
Changes are also made centrally in your system, so no duplicate data maintenance is required.
How do investor enquiries get into my CRM?
Investor enquiries are transferred directly into your CRM in OpenImmo format and arrive there as regular leads. You continue to process them in your usual workflow – including follow-ups, email history and all other functions of your broker software.
This way your CRM remains the central hub for all contacts, regardless of which channel they come from.
What is OpenImmo and why does OFFMARKET24 use this standard?
OpenImmo is the established data standard of the German-speaking real estate industry for exchanging property and lead data between broker software and portals.
Since virtually all common CRM systems support OpenImmo, enquiries from OFFMARKET24 can be transferred to your system without custom development – reliably and in a format your software understands.
How much effort does setting up the connection take?
Very little: the connection is equivalent to adding another portal in your broker software – a process you already know from other property portals.
As part of the free onboarding, we support you with the setup so the connection is up and running in no time and you can start transferring your properties right away.
Does the CRM integration cost extra?
No. Connecting your broker software is part of your OFFMARKET24 membership and is set up during the free onboarding. There are no activation costs and no separate integration fees.
Just note that your CRM provider may have its own conditions for portal interfaces – these are outside our control.
Can I use OFFMARKET24 without a CRM system?
Yes, of course. The integration is a convenience feature, not a requirement. You can also create, manage and send your properties to investors directly via the OFFMARKET24 platform.
You then receive enquiries as usual via the platform or by email – and a CRM connection can still be added at any time later.
Can I track what happens with my properties?
Yes. All interactions are recorded in an activity log and synchronised with your system. This way you can see at any time what is happening with your properties and enquiries.
This is also useful as evidence towards owners when you want to document which marketing activities have taken place.
Is there an API for custom integrations?
A documented REST API is in preparation. It will make custom integrations possible in the future – for example for in-house developments, websites or systems for which there is no direct connection yet.
If you already have a specific API use case, feel free to contact us – we take your feedback into account during development.
Does OFFMARKET24 conflict with my existing portal connections?
No. OFFMARKET24 is added as an additional portal alongside your existing connections and does not affect them. You decide for each property which portals it is transferred to.
This is particularly practical for discreet off-market properties: you transfer these exclusively to OFFMARKET24 while the rest of your marketing continues unchanged.
What data is exchanged during the integration?
Your property data is transferred (from your CRM to OFFMARKET24) as well as the enquiries of interested investors (from OFFMARKET24 back into your CRM). You retain full control: only properties you actively release are transferred and offered.
All investors in our database have consented to being contacted – the exchange is compliant with data protection regulations.
Do the integrations differ depending on the CRM system?
The core is the same everywhere: add OFFMARKET24 as a portal, transfer properties, receive enquiries back. With onOffice, the integration includes automatic property import and lead synchronisation; Propstack, Flowfact, FIO and HirschCRM each offer a direct connection for exchanging properties and enquiries.
