It depends on your goal: the Trial (3 months) is ideal if you first want to get to know OFFMARKET24 in practice. Flat / 6 Months is our most popular plan and already includes premium support. If you plan long-term, Flat / 12 Months is the best value – it offers the lowest monthly price.

All plans include full access to the platform and the ability to offer your properties to our investor database. In addition, every plan comes with no activation costs, free onboarding and a flat rate for the number of properties – so there are no extra costs per property.

The plans mainly differ in term length, monthly price and support level (standard or premium support).

The Trial runs for 3 months and costs a one-time fee of €2,100 net. You get the full range of features: no activation costs, free onboarding, a flat rate for the number of properties and standard support.

This lets you test under real conditions how your properties resonate with our investors – without any long-term commitment.

After the 3 months, you decide how to proceed: you can seamlessly switch to the Flat / 6 Months or Flat / 12 Months plan and benefit from the lower monthly prices and premium support.

You pay a fixed plan price – regardless of how many properties you offer within your plan. There are no extra costs per listed property and no usage-based billing.

This makes your costs predictable: from the start, you know exactly what OFFMARKET24 will cost you over the entire term.

Both are possible. With the Flat / 6 Months plan you pay either €600 per month or €3,600 net as a one-time payment. With the Flat / 12 Months plan it is €500 per month or €6,000 net as a one-time payment. The Trial is always billed as a one-time payment of €2,100.

All prices are net prices.

The longer the term, the lower the monthly price: with Flat / 6 Months you receive a 14% discount, with Flat / 12 Months as much as 28%.

The reason is simple: longer partnerships give both sides planning security – and we pass this advantage on to you in the form of lower monthly prices.

With the Trial you receive our standard support: we answer your requests reliably via the usual channels. The Flat / 6 Months and Flat / 12 Months plans include premium support – your requests are handled with priority and you receive faster responses, for example on questions about properties, purchase profiles or your CRM connection.

Onboarding is included in every plan and costs you nothing. We set up your access, walk you through the platform and create your first properties together with you.

On request, we also help you connect your broker software (e.g. onOffice, Propstack or Flowfact) so you can work productively from day one.

OFFMARKET24 is operated by a US LLC. Invoices are therefore issued without German VAT – you pay only the stated net amount.

For VAT-registered B2B customers within the EU, the reverse-charge mechanism applies: the tax liability passes to you as the recipient of the service. Your accounting department will usually already be familiar with this procedure from other international invoices.

After booking, you will be redirected to our payment provider Ablefy. With credit card payment, your account is activated within minutes. With SEPA transfers, activation can take up to 48 hours.

Right afterwards, onboarding can start and you can create your first properties.

OFFMARKET24 is aimed at companies – from individual brokers to developers with larger teams. Thanks to the flat rate for the number of properties, there are no extra costs when your team lists more properties.

Yes. Switching to a plan with a longer term – for example from the Trial to Flat / 6 or Flat / 12 Months – is usually straightforward. Just contact our team and we will find the right solution.

No. You pay only your fixed plan price. OFFMARKET24 does not broker properties itself but provides the platform through which sellers and investors connect directly.

If a sale is concluded via the platform, your margin remains entirely yours – we have no financial stake in the transaction.
