What does the 75 percent threshold in the matching mean?

The Deal-Finder only presents properties that match your search profile by at least 75 percent. Properties below this threshold are consistently filtered out.

Where do the offered properties come from?

The properties are listed by professional sellers via our Deal-Maker – by real estate brokers, owners, developers and project developers.

Since the sellers deliberately market their properties off-market, these are offers you will not find on public portals. Before dispatch, every property goes through the matching against your purchase profile.

Can I submit multiple purchase profiles?

Yes. If you pursue different acquisition strategies – for example residential portfolios in prime cities and, at the same time, development projects in secondary locations – you can submit a separate profile for each strategy.

Each profile is matched separately, so your Tuesday email covers all your strategies and you never miss a suitable property.

What happens if nothing matches my profile in a given week?

Then you simply do not receive an offer email – the Deal-Finder only sends one when properties actually reach the 75 percent threshold for your profile.

This is by design: instead of filling your inbox with padding, the system guarantees that every email from us contains relevant deals. As soon as matching properties come in again, you are automatically included.

Do I enter into any obligation with my purchase profile?

No. Your purchase profile is non-binding: you are neither obliged to review offers nor to acquire properties.

The profile serves solely to let the matching work for you. If your acquisition strategy changes, you simply adjust the profile – and if you are temporarily not acquiring, you can simply leave the Tuesday emails unread.

How confidentially are my acquisition criteria treated?
