Based on this profile, OFFMARKET24 continuously matches new off-market offers against your criteria and sends you only suitable properties. The more precise your profile, the more relevant the offers.

Nothing. Creating your purchase profile with OFFMARKET24 is completely free of charge and non-binding. You upload your profile or send us a link, and one of our staff members enters it into the system in detail – with no fees and no hidden costs.

All that is required is your salutation, first and last name, your email address and the purchase profile itself – either as a link or as a file upload. Company name and an additional message are optional.

We also need your consent to the privacy policy and to being contacted for follow-up questions.

You can upload your purchase profile as PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS or XLSX. The maximum file size is 10 MB.

There is no need to reformat your profile – simply submit it in whatever format you already have.

Yes. If your purchase profile is available online – for example on your website or in a data room – simply paste the link into the corresponding field. A file upload is then not necessary. The only requirement is that you use at least one of the two options: link or file.

Your purchase profile is treated confidentially and is not displayed publicly. It is used exclusively for internal matching against incoming properties so that we can send you suitable offers.

Yes. If you pursue different investment strategies – for example different asset classes, regions or risk classes – you can submit several profiles. Simply submit the form multiple times or combine the variants in a single document; our team will enter them into the system separately.

No. Submitting your purchase profile is non-binding. You are neither obliged to purchase any properties nor to take out a paid subscription. For every offer, you decide freely whether you want to pursue it.

Yes. As an alternative to the form, you can also send your purchase profile directly to suchprofile@off-market24.com. A staff member will then enter it into our system just as carefully as with an upload via the form.
