The Matching-Engine is the technological core of OFFMARKET24. It automatically compares every listed property with thousands of stored search profiles from institutional investors and calculates how well the property and the purchase profile fit together.

The result is a sorted list of the most relevant investors for your property – without manual research and without wasted outreach.

The engine analyzes over 40 matching criteria. These include classic factors such as location, asset type, price, area and yield, but also very specific parameters:

• Condition and year of construction
• Building permits and development potential
• Heritage protection
• Asset and risk classes
• Lease terms and usage rights

The more complete your property data, the more precise the matching.

The matching score shows, as a percentage, how closely a property matches a search profile. The engine compares each criterion of your property with the requirements of the respective purchase profile and condenses the result into a single, precise value.

This lets you see at a glance which investors are highly likely to have serious interest – and prioritize them accordingly.

In real time. As soon as you create a new property, the Matching-Engine immediately calculates the matching scores against all stored search profiles. This means you see which investors are eligible right after entering the data.

There are no waiting times and no manual intermediate steps – the analysis runs fully automatically in the background.

The Matching-Engine evaluates which matches in the past actually led to enquiries, exposé requests and closings. This feedback continuously flows into the weighting of the criteria.

The search profiles come from our network of institutional investors, which has grown over many years. Each purchase profile is manually captured by our staff and entered into the system after a quality check.

This ensures that the engine works exclusively with reliable, genuine purchase criteria – not with automatically scraped data sets.

Our data is no older than twelve months. Since we are in regular contact with the investors, they report changes to their purchase criteria directly to us, and we update the profiles immediately.

As a result, the Matching-Engine always works with a fully up-to-date data basis – outdated profiles do not distort your results.
