Over the past few weeks, our IT departments have developed an interface between our two platforms, enabling onOffice customers to offer their properties to the more than 17,000 investors in our database in a highly convenient and discreet manner.
Through this collaboration, we hope to make the inherently opaque off-market trading platform accessible to all parties and to bring sellers and buyers together – without compromising on confidentiality.
Automated listings – it’s that simple!
From now on, properties you create in onOffice can be automatically transferred to the OFFMARKET24 system and discreetly offered there to suitable* investors. To do this, you simply need to add OFFMARKET24 as an additional portal in onOffice (see instructions below).
Once you have transferred your property to OFFMARKET24, it will be added to our distribution list and sent to suitable investors on Tuesday mornings. As you know, we do this to protect our investors’ email inboxes and to ensure the highest possible open rate for your listings.
Should an investor remain interested in the property after receiving the teaser, they can make an enquiry via our Tuesday email, and this enquiry will automatically be forwarded to onOffice, as you will be familiar with from other portals.
If you wish to sell your property discreetly, it would be advisable to deactivate the automatic property listing dispatch at this stage, so that you can, for example, obtain a ‘letter of intent’ from the owner beforehand.
Instructions:
1. Log in to your OFFMARKET24 account.
2. Click on ‘FTP access details’ in the left-hand menu.
3. In the form below, select the software under ‘CRMproperty software’and
click on ‘Send’.
4. Done! You’ll receive your login details directly by email.
5. Add OFFMARKET24 as a portal in your property CRM.
Important: Please ensure you enter the provider number as specified in the email.
